Resolution and transfer agreement pertaining to the reuse water system in Sterling on the Lake Community

Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution to declare certain Hall County easements and accompanying water reuse lines unserviceable within the Sterling on the Lake Community, and authorize the Chairman to sign the transfer agreement pertaining to the reuse water system from Hall County to the Sterling on the Lake Community Association, subject to review and approval by County Attorney.
