Approve the FY 2023 annual contract renewal for property and casualty insurance brokers (Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. and Arthur J. Gallagher Company), insurance program coverages, fees, and third party administrator (TPA) services; and authorize the Chairman to execute all related documents.
