Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a Right-of-Way Deed which identifies that portion of Hall County Tax Parcel number 10083 000049, Parcel 38, presently owned by Hall County, which shall be conveyed and dedicated to the Sardis Road Connector Project, and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the transaction with regard to such parcel, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
