Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution authorizing the conveyance of permanent sewer easements to the City of Gainesville on properties known as 3666 and 3678 Garden Boulevard, Hall County Tax Parcel Numbers 10105 002007 and 10105 002010 in connection with the Sardis Road Connector Project, subject to review and approval by County Attorney.
