Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to convey title from Hall County to bSide Oakwood, LLC with regard to approximately 0.223 acres of land located on Thurmon Tanner Parkway near its intersection with Frontage Road for the sum of $35,000, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
