Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution to ratify closed negotiated settlements and affirm all actions taken relating to the Friendship Road Sewer Project, and authorize the execution of any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the ratification and affirmation, subject to approval by the County Attorney.
