Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute settlement participation forms involving the Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart National Opioid Settlements, and authorization for the Chairman to sign any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the settlements, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
