Approve the application of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for FY 2024 Accountability Court Funding for the HELP Program to fund HELP staff, provide surveillance, counseling, drug testing, transportation and emergency housing in the amount of $413,544.90, and if awarded, appoint the Grants Manager as Program Designee and authorize the Chairman to execute all related application and award documents. An in-kind match of $56,392.49 is required.
