Approval and authorization for the Chairman and District Commissioners to execute a resolution objecting to the annexation by The City of Flowery Branch of tax parcel numbers 08100 001003A, 08100 001003B, 08100 001003C, and 08100 001003D owned by Shadow Stone Partners, LLC located on 5704 and 0 Jim Crow Road, and authorize the Board to execute any and all documents in relation to such objection, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
