Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution agreeing to participate in National Opioid Settlements involving Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart; a Memorandum of Understanding setting forth the terms of the agreement; participation forms; and any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the settlements, and ratification of all actions taken to date concerning the same, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
