Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution consenting to the de-annexation of 4042 Brock Drive, Oakwood, GA, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-36-22, and authorize the Chairman to execute the resolution and any and all documents necessary to consent to the de-annexation, subject to the review and approval by the County Attorney.
