Approval and authorization for the Chairman to excute a Settlement Agreement with Judy Gaines, Glenn Terrell Gaines, and Kerith Gaines Smith to aquire a portion of Sardis Road Connector Project Parcels 139, 140, and 141 in the amount of $3,000,000.00; and authorization to execute any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
