Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a tax levy resolution at the request of the Hall County Board of Education in connection with the Board of Education's issuance of general obligation bonds; authorization to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the levy, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
