Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a Settlement Agreement for the purchase of .44 acres of real property located at 3255 White Sulphur Road, Hall County, Georgia, tax parcel number 09108 000066, for the sum of $300,000.00, and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, subject to review and approval of the County Attorney.
