Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a lease agreement between Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, Inc. and Hall County for lease of the Medical Office Building located at 1292 Athens Street, and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the lease, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
