Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Gainesville for collaboration on the design and construction of pedestrian facilities, infrastructure, and streetscape improvements to the Athens Street Corridor from the Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard intersection to the Athens Highway / U.S. Highway 129 – South intersection, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
