Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution accepting the donation of 4.3 acres of real property located at 1370 Athens Street, Gainesville, GA by Fieldale Farms Corporation for recreational and community purposes, and authorize the Chairman to sign any documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, subject to the review and approval of the County Attorney.
