Approval and authorization for the Board of Commissioners to execute a resolution to ratify and affirm all actions taken in furtherance of the Sardis Road Connector Project between April 24, 2023 and April 21, 2024, and authorize the execution of any and all documents necessary to effectuate the ratification and affirmation, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
