Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution to ratify and affirm all actions taken in furtherance of the purchase of Parcel 073, Hall County tax parcel number 15042 000080, also known as 7030 Spout Springs Road, for the sum of $390,000.00, required for the construction of the Spout Springs Road Phase 2 Project, and authorize the execution of any and all documents necessary to effectuate the ratification and affirmation, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
