Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a lease amendment between Hall County and the United States Department of Agriculture for lease of the facility located at 734 E. Crescent Drive in Gainesville, and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the lease, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
