Approve the resolution of the Hall County Board of Commissioners to approve the execution of an intergovernmental agreement with the Chicopee Woods Area Park Commission transferring any property interests possessed by Hall County, GA resulting from agreements entered into with the Chicopee Woods Area Park Commission in 1989 to the Chicopee Woods Area Park Commission and further terminating those agreements; authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the agreement, subject to approval by the County Attorney.
