Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Georgia Office of the Child Advocate (OCA) and Hall County Juvenile Court to receive Title IV-E funding to partially offset costs associated with providing high quality legal representation for children and parents in dependency and related court hearings in Hall County.
