Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution approving and ratifying closed negotiated settlements and affirm all actions taken relating to the Pond Fork Sewer Project, and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the ratification and affirmation for the purposes of construction, access and maintenence of the Pond Fork Sewer Project, subject to the approval of the County Attorney.
