Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution accepting certain deeded real property as County Right-of-Way from the Georgia Department of Transportation, related to GDOT Project Number F-013-1(13); authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the acceptance, subject to the review and approval of the County Attorney.
