Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution transferring County Right-of-Way previously accepted from the Georgia Department of Transportation, related to GDOT Project Number F-013-1(13), to the Chicopee Woods Area Park Commission; authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the transfer, subject to the review and approval of the County Attorney.
