Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution authorizing the application of the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Local Administered Projects Certification to administer federal-aid projects; authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents required to effectuate this application and certification, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
