Approve the ratification of the application and award for the State Justice Institute's (SJI) FY 2026 Grant Program in partnership with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) to assist with the development of a comprehensive strategic plan for Treatment Services in the amount of $50,787.00, and if awarded, appoint the Grants Manager as the Program Designee and authorize the Chairman to execute all related application and award documents. An in-kind match of $20,350.00 and a cash match of $5,079.00 is required.
