Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution seeking acceptance by Hall County, GA of the roads currently maintained by the Winter Harbor Homeowners Association into the Hall County, GA Road Maintenance system and further authorizing the execution of an encroachment agreement between Winter Harbor Homeowners Association and Hall County, GA, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
