Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a Request for Transfer of Property that will terminate an Intergovernmental Agreement between Hall County, Georgia and the Gainesville and Hall County Development Authority and deed back a portion of unimproved property to Hall County, Georgia for the purposes of constructing a future park in South Hall along Spout Springs Road, subject to review and approval of the County Attorney.
