Approve the intergovernmental agreement between Hall County, the Hall County Board of Education, the Hall County Sheriff's Office, the Hall County Solicitor General and the Hall County Clerk of Superior and State Courts with regard to enforcement of the prohibition on unlawfully passing a school bus, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
