Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between Hall County and the City of Flowery Branch regarding maintenance of Hog Mountain Road, and withdrawal of Hall County's objection to the proposed annexation of property located at 4651 and 4665 Hog Mountain Road, Hall County Tax Parcel Nos. 15046 000008 and 15046 000008B, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
