Second Reading and Public Hearing regarding approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute an amendment to the provisions of the Official Code of Hall County, Georgia regarding distilled spirits, malt beverages, and wine so as to permit Continuing Care Retirement Communities to obtain licenses for consumption of distilled spirits, malt beverages, and wine on the premises, subject to review and approval by the Law Department.
