Approval and authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute a master lease agreement between Hall County and the State Properties Commission for lease of the District 2 Public Health Building, located at 1280 Athens Highway, and authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the lease, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney. 

Approve the purchase of a set of six (6) EARTHLIFT Mobile Lifts for Fleet Maintenance to Stertil-Koni USA, Inc. of Stevensville, MD, in the amount of $93,705.66.

Approve the declaration of surplus vehicles and authorize the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to declare as surplus and unserviceable, and authorize the Purchasing Division to upload for auction on GovDeals.com auction website, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.

Approve the purchase to remount two (2) Osage ambulances for Fire Rescue to Ten-8 Fire and Safety, LLC of Bradenton, FL, in the amount of $715,654.00. 

Approval and authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Braselton and Hall County regarding sanitary sewer billing, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney. 

Approve the Utility Relocation Agreement between Hall County and Georgia Power Company regarding the relocation of utility poles for the White Sulphur Road Realignment Project, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney. The estimated cost is $380,853.00.

Approval and authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute an Early Acquisition Request to the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) regarding twenty (20) parcels on the Spout Springs Road Phase II Project (Batch 2); authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute any and all additional documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.

Approval and authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute a Settlement Agreement for the purchase of real property located at 7202 Sherwood Mill Drive, Hall County, Georgia, tax parcel number 15041 000131, for the sum of $610,302.00, which includes qualifying moving expenses in the amount of $3,525.00, required for the construction of the Spout Springs Road Phase 2 Project, and authorization for the Chairman or Vice Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
