Approve the annual renewal of the retiree medicare advantage plan with Aetna Medicare of Atlanta, GA. The estimated cost of this renewal is $381,401.28; authorization for the Chairman to execute all related documents, subject to the review and approval by the County Attorney.  

Approve the renewal of the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Excess Worker's Compensation for plan year 2025 with Arthur J. Approve the purchase of one (1) new 2025 Ford F-250 Truck for Road Maintenance to John Megel Ford of Cleveland, GA, in the amount of $61,167.00.

Approve the sole source purchase for the repair and rebuild of two (2) engines for two (2) 1999 Caterpillar Motor Graders for Road Maintenance to Yancey Brothers Company of Dacula, GA, in the estimated amount of $178,010.48.

Approve the request from Chattahoochee River Keeper for a waiver of Hall County Landfill tipping fees (the estimated tipping fees are $1,500.00) for approximately 25 tons of trash to be collected during the year of 2025, including the Sweep the Hooch event scheduled on March 22, 2025.
