Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Georgia Department of Corrections with regard to the state inmate subsidy at the Correctional Institution.

Approve the renewal of the annual agreement for an inmate work detail consisting of one (1) full-time correctional officer and eight (8) to ten (10) inmates with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) of Atlanta, GA, in the amount of $61,157.10.
