Approve the renewal of the annual contract for RFP #41-011 Demand Services for Fabrication & Installation of Hall County Signage for Administration to Miller EG Design of Acworth, GA. The estimated annual cost is $657,662.18.

Approve the ratification of the purchase of engine repairs and replacement for a 2006 International 2600 Dump Truck for Road Maintenance to Rush Truck Center of Gainesville, GA, in the amount of $54,690.01. 

Approve the ratification of the 2024 Judicial Council American Rescue Plan Act Grant funding application for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit to address case backlogs in the amount of $749,692.00, and if awarded, appoint the Grants Manager as the Program Designee and authorize the Chairman to execute all related application and award documents. No cash or in-kind match is required.

Approve the sole source purchase of hardware, software and services, including Motorola CommandCentral Aware, Radio Location, and Radio Management for 911/Central Communications from Motorola Solutions, Inc. of Schaumburg, IL and establish a capital projects budget in the amount of $480,983.00.

Approve the sole source purchase of four (4) Zoll X Series Advanced Monitors/Defibrillators for Fire Rescue to Zoll Medical Corporation of Chelmsford, MA, in the amount of $162,775.76.

Approve the award of IFB #028-44 Furnish and Install Two (2) Shipping Containers for Live Firefighting Training for Fire Rescue to Symtech Fire, LLC of New Providence, NJ and establish a capital projects budget in the amount of $122,050.00. 

Approve the renewal of the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Excess Worker's Compensation for plan year 2024 with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. of Atlanta, GA and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. of Rolling Meadows, IL. The estimated cost of this renewal is $438,899.00; and authorization for the Chairman to execute all related documents, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
