Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a donation site agreement between Hall County and ATS Operating, LLC to collect donations from Hall County Recycling Center donation sites.

Approve the ratification of the application for the US Department of Transportation's Rural Surface Transportation Grant Program to provide funds for road improvements for the Spout Springs Road Widening, Phase 2, in the amount of $62,011,681.00, and if awarded, appoint the Grants Manager as the Program Designee, and authorize the Chairman to execute all related award documents. A match of $15,502,921.00 will be required.

Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a Settlement Agreement for the purchase of real property located at 7210 Sherwood Mill Drive, Hall County, Georgia, tax parcel number 15041 000130, for the sum of $623,000.00, authorization for the payment of qualifying moving expenses in the amount of $11,908.14, required for the construction of the Spout Springs Road Phase 2 Project, and authorization for the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.

Approval and authorization for the Chairman to execute a resolution to ratify and affirm all actions taken in furtherance of the purchase of Parcel 073, Hall County tax parcel number 15042 000080, also known as 7030 Spout Springs Road, for the sum of $390,000.00, required for the construction of the Spout Springs Road Phase 2 Project, and authorize the execution of any and all documents necessary to effectuate the ratification and affirmation, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney.
